3. Check off: Boxes on your Daily Schedule and on your module 3 checklist (pgs. 95-96)
4. Drop off your book and all your work (make sure your name is on everything!) in the “Writing Level 2” crate when you arrive at co-op on Wednesday.
Please get caught upon all unfinished work.
Be sure to be thorough in answering the questions in your text.
Library Visit:
Mark your calendars! We are scheduled to visit the Portage District Library on Tuesday, October 9th at 11:00 AM. We will learn about the electronic and print resources that the library has to offer, as well as how to use MeLCat, the interlibrary loan system. Our presentation should last about an hour.
Note Taking:
Begin taking notes after you study your sources. Watch the video from last week again, if you need help.
Modules 3.6-3.7: We will NOT be making a bibliography just yet. Look over these modules to help you make your source cards as you do your research. When you format each source card in MLA style as you go along, it makes creating a bibliography much easier later. Complete the exercise in 3.7 to practice formatting different types of sources.
